Due to the decision of the risk department of card associations and institutions and the associated rules, we and therefore the organizers will not receive funds for tickets paid through the payment gateway until the event takes place. Pre-sale tickets are an important support for the organizers in preparing the events and, in addition, they are obliged to properly tax the sold tickets.
